	BEDROOM 5 Decorated in Ducks and Decoys, this bedroom contains a queen size bed, beautiful oak chest with mirror , a cedar closet, and rocking chair. The attached bath provides a shower stall and pedestal sink. Maximum Double Occupancy. RATE: $125-$155

	BEDROOM 7 Room 7 is a beautiful large bedroom with sitting area and private bath with shower and pedestal sink. The room, decorated in Waverly blue and yellow theme, contains cathedral ceilings, stained glass windows, and a fireplace. It is furnished with an antique mahogany bedroom set. Maximum Double Occupancy. RATE: $149-$185

To guarantee your reservation, full payment is required for all one-night stays and a 50% deposit is required for two nights or more. The balance is due upon arrival. Because of the limited availability of rooms, last minute changes affect us significantly. A fee of $25.00 per room will be charged on all cancellations and reservation changes. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25.00 cancellation fee per room, if you notify us at least 14 days in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival full payment is required and a refund, less the cancellation fee, will be issued only if the room is rebooked for the entire length of your intended stay. Charges for your full reservation will apply to all no shows, early departures, and cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival, and no refund will be issued.

Rates are applicable to single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to New Jersey Sales and Occupancy tax. In-Season rates effective May through Mid-October. A minimum stay of two or more nights may apply depending on the season or holiday. Two night minimum stay in season weekends and may be required on certain off season weekends. In season rates are effective for all holiday periods. Rates vary depending on the time of year and your room selection. Full breakfast included except during the winter season Monday to Friday when continental breakfast is offered.

Children aged 4 and older are welcome in room number 6 only. No extra charge for children 12 and under..
