CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. We ask that you let us know an approximate arrival time. Early or late check-ins must be pre-arranged. You must let us know in advance if you expect to arrive earlier than 3:00pm or later than 7:00pm, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply. We do not accept late-night (after 7pm) same-day reservation requests. Advance reservations are required.
All rooms, except Room 6, are maximum double occupancy. Room 6 accommodates a maximum of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children age 4 or older or 3 adults). Please note that we will not be able to accommodate you if you arrive with more people then you made your reservation for and you will be charged for your full reservation.
Check-out time is 11:00am. We cannot accommodate late check-outs in season, on weekends, and holidays. Off-season late check-outs are subject to availability. A charge equal to 50% of your room rate will apply to checkouts by 2:00pm. Check-out anytime after 2:00pm will result in a full day's charge. Guests are welcome to go to the beach and come back to the Inn to return beach passes, freshen up, and relax downstairs before leaving. Failure to checkout of your room at the required time without notifying the Innkeepers will result in additional charges.
To guarantee your reservation, full payment for all one-night stays and a 50% deposit is required for two nights or more. The balance is due upon arrival. Because of the limited availability of rooms, last-minute changes affect us significantly. A fee of $25.00 per room will be charged on all cancellations. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25.00 cancellation fee per room, if you notify us at least 14 days in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will not be refunded. Charges for your full reservation will apply to all no shows, early departures, and cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival, and no refund will be issued.
Rates are applicable to single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to New Jersey Sales and Occupancy Tax. In-season rates effective May through Mid-October. A minimum stay of two or more nights may apply depending on the season or holiday. A two-night minimum stay is required in-season weekends (three nights Holiday weekends) and may be required on certain off-season weekends. In-season rates are effective for all holiday periods. Rates vary depending on the time of year and your room selection. Full breakfast included except from mid-October to end of April, Monday to Friday when continental breakfast is offered.
Children aged 4 and older are welcome in ROOM #6 ONLY. No extra charge for children 12 and under. (See Additional Charges below). Maximum occupancy for Room #6 is 4 people. All other guest rooms have a maximum occupancy of two adults. Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms.
SUITE #6 ADDITIONAL OCCUPANCY CHARGE:
Children, 13 to 17- $15 per person, per night
Adults, 18 and older - $30 per person per night.
Corporate, group, and active military discounts are available. These discounts apply to regular rates and do not apply to already discounted package rates. Please call for information and restrictions.
GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE.
NO SMOKING allowed in the Inn. Guests may smoke on the porch or deck only. Guests who smoke in their room will be subject to a minimum $150 cleaning fee plus charges for all damages incurred. Guests who smoke in their room may also be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.
